About the role Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Intern to join the Team What you will doThe P&C Intern is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the office and provides clerical support to the department. This position responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. What you bringExcellent interpersonal skills and care to work with cross-functional teamsOutgoing personality and a can-do approach to any requestAccuracy and well developed organizational skillsStrong work ethic and confidentiality Advanced computer skillsReading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
