About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across our portfolio, helping drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysisAnalyze operational and financial performance across properties and departmentsAssist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliationsPartner with operations teams to understand cost drivers and revenue trendsSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1–3 years of experience in accounting or analytical roles (hospitality experience is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems preferredSolid understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesTo candidate send you CV to the email fc@thefirsthotel.com
