Intertek, principale realtà internazionale di servizi ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) ricerca un Field Automation Engineer per un importante progetto inerente alla costruzione di un impianto di idrogeno verde.Responsabilità:Implementare, configurare e mettere in servizio i sistemi di controllo e automazione dell’impianto di produzione di idrogeno verde;Apportare modifiche e aggiornamenti al sistema di controllo (ICSS) disponibile in sito, quando necessario;Eseguire attività di pre-commissioning, commissioning e start-up del sistema di controllo in collaborazione con il fornitore del sistema e con il Commissioning Manager;Condurre test, simulazioni e verifiche funzionali per assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi e dei processi prima della messa in esercizio;Operare direttamente sul sistema di controllo durante le fasi di avviamento e collaudo delle apparecchiature;Fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti e agli operatori, incluse attività di formazione e risoluzione dei problemi;Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica (manuali, report, logiche di controllo, as-built, ecc.) relativa ai sistemi e ai processi di automazioneRequisiti:Diploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria dell’automazione, elettronica, elettrica, meccatronica o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente);Esperienza minima di 10 anni in ruoli analoghi su impianti industriali complessi (energia, oil&gas, chimico, idrogeno);Ottima conoscenza di sistemi ICSS, PLC, DCS, SCADA e dei principali protocolli di comunicazione industriale;Competenza nella lettura e interpretazione di logiche di controllo, P&ID, schemi di automazione e documentazione tecnica;Esperienza in attività di commissioning, start-up e troubleshooting di sistemi automatizzati;Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza applicabili (D.Lgs. 81/08, ATEX, ecc.);Capacità di lavoro operativo in campo e ottime doti di problem solving;Disponibilità a lavorare full time in cantiere
