Title: Sr UX Designer with Design thinking Consultant
Location: Remote role
Duration : Fulltime / Permanent
Salary: OPEN . Tools
Essential: Figma.
Optional: Adobe XDS and any Journey Mapping tool . Key Responsibilities
Minimum 10 years of experience consultant needed.
User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviours and pain points. Methods may include surveys Design Thinking based Journey Mapping Persona Mapping interviews/ empathy sessions usability testing and data analysis.
Information Architecture: Organize and structure content and functionality in a way that is intuitive for users. Develop site maps user flows and wireframes.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create lowfidelity wireframes and highfidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Figma is the preferred tool
Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements including icons buttons and other interface components. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Interaction Design: Define how users interact with the product focusing on creating a seamless and engaging experience. This includes designing for animations transitions and other interactive elements.
Usability Testing: Plan conduct and analyze usability tests to gather feedback on designs. Use insights to refine and improve the user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical and business requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience of our products. . .
