We are currently recruiting customer-minded candidates who speak fluent Italian to join our diverse, multicultural team based in Lisbon. Serving as the main connection point for Italian-speaking customers, you will handle a range of inquiries coming through phone, email, and instant messaging systems. This position is ideal for flexible problem solvers who excel in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Address incoming inquiries from Italian customers via phone calls, emails, and live web chat using a polite, warm, and solution-focused approach. Issue Troubleshooting: Investigate customer challenges to determine core issues and deliver quick, personalized solutions tailored to every specific situation. Data Entry: Accurately document profile details, customer inquiries, resolution steps, and case notes inside enterprise CRM software. Performance Metrics: Consistently meet target operational goals, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) goals. Continuous Learning: Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to remain fully updated on product modifications, company guidelines, and service workflows. Skills:
Native or advanced C1/C2 capability in Italian (written, spoken, and reading comprehension); operational English skills (minimum B2 level) for team dialogue, software navigation, and training programs. Availability: Complete readiness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 shift rotas.
