Commissioning Manager – Construction Focus | Data CenterSede: Milano Ricerca gestita da Jefferson Wells – Divisione EngineeringJefferson Wells, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili altamente qualificati, per azienda cliente leader nella realizzazione di infrastrutture Data Center, ricerca un:Commissioning Manager – Construction FocusLa posizioneLa risorsa, inserita all’interno del team tecnico di progetto, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e supervisionare le attività di commissioning in ambito construction e impiantistico, assicurando che tutte le fasi di verifica, test e messa in servizio vengano eseguite nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali, qualitativi e di sicurezza.Responsabilità principaliCoordinare le attività di commissioning in collaborazione con i team di site management e construction.Verificare la conformità tecnica degli impianti (HVAC, elettrici, meccanici, speciali) alle specifiche di progetto.Supervisionare le fasi di test funzionale, SAT/FAT e handover finale.Collaborare con i General Contractor, Subcontractor e Client Representative nella gestione delle milestone di progetto.Garantire la corretta redazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica di commissioning.Supportare la pianificazione delle attività in cantiere, assicurando l’allineamento tra construction e operations.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico ad indirizzo elettrico/meccanico.Esperienza di almeno 4–6 anni nel ruolo di Commissioning Manager o Construction Manager su progetti Data Center, impianti industriali complessi o mission critical.Conoscenza delle principali procedure di commissioning (FAT, SAT, IST).Capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholder tecnici e project team multidisciplinari.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e in Europa.InquadramentoInserimento diretto in azienda con livello e
