Position : ROR Developer.
Education : BCS / MCM / MCA or BE / B. Tech in CS or other branches of Engineering/ any graduate
Experience : 04 06 Years Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RoR development and implementation with proficiency in Ruby Rails PostgreSQL Html CSS JavaScript and API integration. This role requires a detailoriented individual with excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for developing highquality scalable solutions
Skills:
  1. Strong analytical skills interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Strong experience with RoR development and customization.
  3. Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
  4. Proficiency in Ruby programming languages.
  5. Proficiency in the Rails framework.
  6. Experience with API integration and development (REST APIs).
  7. amiliarity with database management (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
  8. Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
  9. Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
Experience:
  1. Experience of full Software development life cycle.
  2. Experience with objectoriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Minimum 46 years of experience in RoR development and implementation.
  5. Proven track record of using standard RoR Gems.
  6. Handson experience with Ruby and JavaScript programming
  7. Experience with API integration and development (REST APIs)
  8. Familiarity with Linuxbased operating systems.
  9. Experience with relational databases preferably PostgreSQL.
  10. Experience with AWS S3 bucket integration with Ruby on Rails.
  11. Knowledge of Heroku for deployment (a plus).
  12. Familiarity with testing frameworks like RSpec or Cucumber.
  13. Experience with background job processing systems like Delayed Job. (Good to have)
  14. Experience with rich text editors like CKEditor (Good to have)

Responsibilities:
  1. Build efficient testable and reusable modules.
  2. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements.
  4. Identify and fix bugs and optimize application performance.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest Ruby on Rails technologies and best practices
  6. Develop and customize RoR modules and reports.
  7. Participate in the software development lifecycle including requirement gathering design development testing and deployment.
  8. Integrate RoR with other applications and thirdparty services using APIs.
  9. Enhance clientside functionality using JavaScript.
  10. Provide technical support and resolve RoRrelated issues.
  11. Perform system upgrades patch installations and regular maintenance tasks.
  12. Document technical specifications development processes and user guides.
  13. Maintain comprehensive records of customizations and integrations.
  14. Solve performance problems and architectural challenges and performance specifications. Integration of userfacing elements developed by frontend developers.
