Project Director opportunity with a multinational chemical type company working within the Industrial Manufacturing Industry.
The client has a specific requirement for a Project Director to join their team based in Tuscany, Italy to work on a large €300 million Greenfield Project. The project is a in the early works onsite (Civils phase) and you would lead the project delivery until its completion.
The client is working on a large CAPEX Project on their Manufacturing Plant and they are happy for any Italian-speaking candidates coming from a technical engineering background with experience delivering major greenfield or brownfield projects - 100+ Million Euros in value.
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Pisa, Italy
Contract length – 12 Month Contract (minimum)
Project Director – Chemical Plant Build – Major CAPEX Build
Specification:
· At least 5-10 year’s of experience in Project Management on large Greenfield/Brownfield Projects
· Italian fluency (essential)
· Experience working in the process industry (chemical/oil & gas/FMCG)
· A degree in field of Engineering - Mechanical/Process/Electrical Most Beneficial
· Experience working for the end client/asset owner
· Experience managing EPC contractors
· Experience managing a project management team delivering a portfolio of projects simultaneously
The requirement for the role is to work underneath the Head of CAPEX Projects and alongside the Engineering and project team. The project is in the civils phase and is expected to go on until Q1 2026.
