Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer support via email and chat. This hybrid role requires working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a pion for isting customers resolving issues and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. While previous customer support experience is beneficial it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- ist customers with placing orders answering product questions and troubleing issues.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Continuously update job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving ss and the ability to think quickly.
- Basic computer ss and familiarity with ecommerce platforms are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
