Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per primario operatore del mercato rinnovabili, ricerca un/una:Head of Monitoring & Performance Analysis Il/La Head of Monitoring & Performance Analysis sarà responsabile della supervisione delle attività di monitoraggio e analisi delle performance degli impianti fotovoltaici. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nella raccolta, interpretazione e valorizzazione del dato operativo, a supporto delle funzioni di Asset Management, Operation & Maintenance e delle strategie di efficientamento operativo.Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:Coordinamento delle attività di monitoraggio continuo degli impianti fotovoltaici, garantendo l’integrità e l’affidabilità del dato;Elaborazione, sviluppo e aggiornamento della reportistica dei dati relativi alle performance degli impianti (PR e Availability);Gestione e analisi dei dati meteo e ambientali;Collaborazione con l’O&M nella valutazione degli scostamenti di performance e nella definizione di interventi correttivi o migliorativi;Configurazione, gestione e ottimizzazione dei sistemi SCADA e dei software di data acquisition e performance monitoring;Interfaccia diretta con gli operatori O&M;Efficientamento delle attività operative in campo;Contributo all’analisi di eventi e performance su base storica e predittiva per la definizione di strategie di lungo termine.Si richiede:Laurea in discipline economiche, scientifiche o ingegneristiche;Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, con un focus sul monitoraggio delle performance di impianti fotovoltaici e sull’analisi dei dati energetici;Capacità avanzata nell’uso di strumenti di analisi dati e piattaforme di monitoraggio energetico;Esperienza nella gestione di sistemi SCADA e nell’analisi di dati;Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale;Approccio analitico, orientato al miglioramento continuo delle performance;Attitudine al problem solving, proattività e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.Sede: Milano, Brindisi, Roma.Our job offers are open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
