JOB TITLE: Project Manager III (NonIT) BACKFILL ROLE

LOCATION: 100% Remote

Duration: 9 Month

START DATE: 2 Weeks

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Looking for a business program/project manager to help with enterprise gotomarket and market readiness last check before technical/policy changes are released to the market
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration will manage daily follow ups
  • Market readiness 1 hour meeting per week the goal is to make sure things are ready to go to market
  • Housing industry knowledge is required
  • They will be identifying risk in the releases collaborating across the business reporting

Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • PMP certification
  • GotoMarket process experience
  • housing industry experience/knowledge

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Risk experience understanding that language
  • Capital Markets experience/knowledge
  • ServiceNow and PowerBI (nice to have but not required look at reporting navigate the system maybe update some data but not deep technical knowledge)

Description:

As a valued colleague on the Enterprise GotoMarket team you will be accountable for executing strategy and tasks associated with ensuring that customerfacing releases (campaigns products technology policy) are market ready and that our internal teams are prepared to support consumer lender and/or vendors. You will assist in identifying action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets with the ability to pivot as necessary and be accountable for executive level and stakeholder reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a simplified and consistent gotomarket (Market Readiness) experience across product owners and 18 internal stakeholder groups that assess product/policy and (manage endtoend).
  • Minimize readiness risks through persistent evaluation of product and stakeholder readiness criteria; adapting as needed to internal/external market conditions.
  • Bring awareness of readiness outcomes and customer readiness impacts to accept Fannie Mae product and policy releases.
  • Create and deliver readiness assets that scale based on the degree of change and maturity of the solution or capability of support resources.
  • Responsible for management of the Market Readiness system; Market Readiness Procedure standard works and playbook management
  • Power BI/executive report maintenance and updates
