RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Checks assigned station before, during and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness
  • Responsible for the completion of designated side work checklists (both opening and closing)
  • Busses tables and re-sets tables for the next guest. Picks-up clean linen for service and drops-off soiled linen for washing to determined area.
  • Always provide excellent service to all our guests
  • Assist guests courteously and efficiently
  • Maintain the dining room and station clean at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
  • Have good knowledge of food and beverage preparations
  • Fluent in verbal English
