Per una storica realtà del Terzo Settore, fondata nel 1877 e tra le più rilevanti in Italia nell’ambito dell’assistenza sanitaria integrativa, è in corso la ricerca di un/una HR Business Partner per il rafforzamento della struttura organizzativa. La figura individuata sarà il punto di riferimento interno per le tematiche HR e di gestione del personale, assumendo un ruolo strategico di collegamento tra l’organizzazione, le persone e il consulente esterno incaricato dell’amministrazione delle paghe. La risorsa riporterà direttamente alla Direttrice dell’area Finanza. Principali responsabilità Presidio e gestione delle attività HR operative Supporto nella gestione dei contratti di lavoro e nelle future attività di ricerca e inserimento del personale Interfaccia continuativa con il consulente esterno per la contabilità delle paghe Funzione di collegamento tra azienda, personale e contesto sociale Ascolto attivo e gestione delle esigenze delle persone, con approccio empatico e consulenziale Costruzione e consolidamento di un punto di riferimento interno affidabile per le tematiche di gestione del personale Requisiti Formazione ed esperienza in ambito Risorse Umane, con conoscenze di base di psicologia e/o sociologia Spiccata empatia e sensibilità verso le dinamiche umane e sociali Autonomia operativa, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente Ottime capacità relazionali, di dialogo e mediazione Attitudine a operare come ponte tra funzioni interne ed esterne Cosa viene offerto Inquadramento secondo CCNL Commercio Inserimento in un contesto solido, storico e orientato ai valori Ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e attento alle persone Buoni pasto Possibilità di smart working Opportunità di crescita e continuità professionale nel tempo
