Construction Manager

altamente qualificato per la gestione della costruzione del progetto. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della pianificazione, esecuzione e consegna del progetto nel rispetto dei tempi, del budget e degli standard di qualità e sicurezza.

Responsabilità Principali:

  • Gestire tutte le fasi di costruzione del Data Center, coordinando risorse interne ed esterne.
  • Supervisionare la conformità ai requisiti tecnici, normativi e contrattuali.
  • Collaborare con ingegneri, project manager e subappaltatori per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche progettuali.
  • Monitorare i costi di costruzione, garantendo il rispetto del budget e proponendo eventuali ottimizzazioni.
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambiente durante tutte le fasi del progetto.
  • Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori e le imprese subappaltatrici per garantire una corretta esecuzione dei lavori.
  • Identificare e mitigare i rischi di progetto, risolvendo eventuali problematiche tecniche e operative.
  • Redigere report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento lavori e aggiornare gli stakeholder di progetto.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o equivalente.
  • Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nella gestione di progetti di costruzione complessi, preferibilmente nel settore Data Center, impianti industriali o infrastrutture critiche.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative edilizie e di sicurezza italiane ed europee.
  • Capacità di gestione contrattuale e di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di budget e pianificazione lavori su larga scala.
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving e leadership.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’ italiano e dell’ inglese (sia scritto che parlato).
  • Disponibilità a lavorare onsite a Milano per tutta la durata del progetto.
