We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.ResponsibilitiesProviding technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance and qualityOverseeing overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Steam Turbine, Reciprocating and Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sitesPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross‑functional teamsEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsQualificationsTechnical School Diploma or Engineering bachelor degreeExperience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)Good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipmentStrong customer service‑oriented mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsSkilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingEU passport/European Work permit and excellent verbal and written English and Italian languageReady to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilitiesWork in a way that works for you This role is working with our customer on‑site.
