Ok, ma cosa farai di preciso?

Darai supporto ad un progetto inerente il lancio di un nuovo prodotto nella categoria del tabacco riscaldato: Ploom X.

Grazie al tuo carisma, avrai l’opportunità di coordinare un team di persone, aiutandole a sviluppare il proprio potenziale e facendole crescere professionalmente; gestirai l’attività all’interno di un territorio a te assegnato, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere e migliorare costantemente i risultati di vendita.

  1. Monitorando e valutando le prestazioni dei Ploom Ambassador;
  2. Presidiando specifici canali con lo scopo di creare occasioni di ingaggio con la clientela;
  3. Supervisionando la formazione continua del team;
  4. Affiancando i tuoi colleghi sul campo per condividere le best practices;
  5. Rilevando e interpretando dati ed informazioni utili al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.

Non sarai solo ma sempre in contatto con tante persone e professionisti diversi sia in sede a Milano che sul territorio a te assegnato.

Sei tu la persona giusta?

Diventare Supervisor Ploom non è una missione impossibile ma per candidarti è importante avere una grande propensione verso i rapporti interpersonali e, di conseguenza, saper dare valore alla propria leadership.

In più è fantastico se…

  1. Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo simile o analogo;
  2. Ti senti a tuo agio nella gestione di un team di lavoro;
  3. Hai un’ampia conoscenza del territorio di riferimento;
  4. Hai maturato numerosi contatti strategici nel mondo degli eventi o possiedi un network ampio e potenziale da coltivare e far crescere sul territorio;
  5. Presti costante attenzione ai dettagli e ai KPIs al fine di migliorare le performance delle attività;
  6. Hai ottime doti comunicative e persuasive;
  7. Hai la patente B (e sai guidare sul serio) e hai un mezzo di trasporto a disposizione;
  8. Sei organizzato e prendi facilmente iniziativa.
