Mission

Cogli questa opportunità come Service Sales Specialist all'interno del team di Grid Automation Service. Il team si occupa di fornire soluzioni di servizio per sistemi di automazione delle sottostazioni, controllo e protezione, sicurezza informatica, comunicazione e tecnologie correlate.

Attività:

  1. Vendite dirette e/o remote a nuovi o già esistenti clienti.
  2. Disponibilità a viaggiare per incontrare i clienti, con focus nelle aree del Sud Italia.
  3. Valutare le esigenze dei clienti e proporre prodotti, servizi e soluzioni adeguate.
  4. Identificare e sviluppare aree di crescita (geografiche, segmenti, canali) e definire strategie e approcci al mercato.
  5. Costruire e mantenere relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti per aumentare la penetrazione del mercato e ridurre i rischi aziendali.
  6. Pianificare, sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing per prodotti/servizi e relativi brand.
  7. Valutare, misurare e gestire il P&L del prodotto/brand (budget, spese, redditività, ritorno sugli investimenti).
  8. Fornire supporto ai clienti su informazioni di prodotto/prezzo e risolvere problematiche relative a fatturazione, spedizioni, reclami, ecc.
