Our client is a multinational company in the technology industry, experiencing a massive growth worldwide thanks to intense M&A activities.Key responsibilitiesYou will report to the HR Director and manage a team of 2 resources:Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: develop and drive strategies to attract highly qualified candidates; supervise recruitment and hiring processes; establish new partnerships and synergies with universities and specialized schools, fostering employer branding initiativesTalent Development & Management: design and implement skill development programs and career plans; coordinate training and mentoring paths to encourage professional growth; monitor performance and propose improvement plansLearning: analyze organizational and individual training needs; assess the effectiveness of training programs and e-learning platforms (e.g., Udemy); support a culture of continuous learning within the organizationSuccession Planning: identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity; evaluate key competencies and promote retention strategiesRequirementsUniversity DegreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured organizations, with a focus on employer branding and talent developmentProven experience in leading and coordinating a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent ability to build and maintain effective working relationshipsFlexible and adaptable approachHands-on mindset and motivation to manage operational phases of activitiesFluent in English
