This is a hands-on leadership role based full-time on the farm.

Farm Operations & Team Leadership

• Plan, organize, and supervise all farm activities: land preparation, planting, irrigation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

• Develop seasonal cropping plans aligned to farm objectives and market demand.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise farm supervisors and field teams; train and manage local farm workers.

• Oversee the maintenance and effective use of farm machinery, tools, irrigation systems, and infrastructure.

Crop & Livestock Management

• Oversee crop production and ensure adherence to best agronomic practices.

• Coordinate integrated pest and disease management programs.

• Support livestock integration within regenerative farming systems where applicable.

• Monitor crop health, yield performance, and resource efficiency.

Irrigation & Resource Management

• Manage irrigation scheduling and water resource use across the farm.

• Oversee water-harvesting structures, ponds, and irrigation infrastructure.

• Implement water conservation and climate-resilient farming practices.

Sustainability, Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and company policy.

• Participate in audits, certifications, and farm assessments as required.

• Uphold health, safety, environmental, and biosecurity standards across all farm operations.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal farm performance reports.

• Collaborate with agronomists, regenerative agriculture specialists, engineers, and the management team.

• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, budgets, and operational improvements.

• Support planning and execution of future farm development projects.

• Strong knowledge of regenerative agriculture, soil health management, agroforestry, and sustainable farming systems.

• Proven experience managing farm labor, budgets, and operational planning.

• Solid understanding of irrigation systems, crop production, and farm mechanization.
