As a Customer Service Engineer, you’ll support our partners in deploying and servicing visualization systems in the Corporate and Control Room area.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical remote and on-site support to Barco’s Corporate and Control Room Customers in Italy and abroad.Installation, repair, and troubleshooting of Barco hardware and software.Assist at sales demos to promote Barco’s solutions.Provide product training to partners and end-users.Execute proactive analysis visits, report, and provide suggestions.Collect insights and feedback on our products from customers and partners and relay them to the product managers and RD teams.Document actions and solutions in a timely fashion.Follow training to update your technical, commercial, and soft skills.Build relationships with customers and detect service sales opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a technical customer (Service/Sales) environment in the visualization industry.Good knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.Fluent communication in Italian and English; knowledge of any additional language is an asset.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Service- and client-oriented.Experience with Barco’s products and Salesforce is a plus.Available for frequent travel (at least 50% of the time).Let's "wow" you withThe opportunity to work for an international market leader where innovation matters.A variety of in-house trainings at Barco University for continuous professional growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
