Profilo EVENT SPECIALIST - Marketing Operativo Adecco Italia Spa , filiale di Vittorio Veneto, ricerca un/una Event Specialist per azienda multinazionale. Responsabilita La figura selezionata entrera a far parte del team Marketing e si concentrera principalmente sulla gestione e organizzazione di eventi , con particolare riferimento a: Organizzazione di fiere di settore , dalla fase preparatoria al coordinamento operativo durante l'evento; Pianificazione e gestione di eventi collaterali , presentazioni prodotto e attivita dedicate a clienti e partner; Coordinamento con fornitori, allestitori, agenzie e team interni; Preparazione dei materiali promozionali e supervisione degli aspetti logistici; Produzione di report e analisi a supporto della rete commerciale; Supporto alle attivita generali di marketing operativo (presentazioni, campagne web, raccolta feedback clienti). Skill e Professionalita Esperienza pregressa e comprovata nell'organizzazione di eventi (fiere, eventi corporate, attivita promozionali); Laurea o formazione in ambito Marketing/Economia o affini; Ottima conoscenza di Excel , PowerPoint e dei principali social media; Capacita organizzative, problem solving e gestione dei tempi; Attitudine a lavorare in team e a coordinarsi con interlocutori diversi. Informazioni Aggiuntive Contratto diretto con l'azienda; inquadramento e RAL commisurati all'esperienza (range indicativo 24-32K , CCNL Commercio); Contesto multinazionale, dinamico e innovativo, con interessanti prospettive di crescita professionale; Orario full time 8.30-17.30, con possibilita di flessibilita in entrata e uscita.
