The plants produce a total of over 110 million units per year.The production plant in Parma covers a total area of more than fifteen thousand square meters and it is the strategic hub for the production and distribution of our products, being an international supply center that exports to more than 80 countries. The Parma plant produces solid medicinal products, such as tablets and inhaled dry powders; inhalation solutions and suspensions, either pressurized or sterile single-dose vials; vials of sterile suspension for endotracheal administration; liquid forms such as drops, syrups and nasal sprays.Santana produces pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalant therapy (MDIs) and supplies both domestic market and Group’s Affiliates and exports to licensees and distributors. Blois specializes in Dry Powder Inhalers and final assembly stages of the Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDIs), supplies Group’s Affiliates and distributes directly to clients at a local level and in export markets.Who we are looking forPurposeThe internship will take place within the Corporate HSE team, with a global scope across the Company organization. As part of the Corporate HSE (Health Safety and Environment) area, we’re looking for an intern that could be involved in the optimization and harmonization of the global HSE management system of the Chiesi Group.Main ActivitiesThis opportunity includes the analysis of the current HSE management system and the support for the design and implementation of a new global HSE management system in compliance with the ISO 14001 and 45001 standard, including:Global HSE Policies and proceduresTools for effectively sharing all the relevant information related to HSE (e.g. best practices, near-misses, procedures, etc.) across the CompanyHarmonized global dashboard of KPI Key-Performance-Indicators (e.g. Incidents and near misses, Frequency/Severity indexes, HSE training completion, Environmental aspects, etc.)HSE global auditing plans, management of findings and follow-upRisk Assessment processGlobal guidelines for management the Road-Safety risk of the employees travelling by car for businessThe activity will be conducted from the Corporate HSE department and it will cover all types of the Company’s sites (Manufacturing, R&D, Sales offices), with frequent interactions with functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sustainability both in the Corporate and in the Operational and local teams.EducationMaster degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management EngineeringLanguagesFluent English; an experience abroad would be considered as a plus.Technical SkillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Power-point and Microsoft Excel in particular); Basic Knowledge of numerical modeling.Soft SkillsAnalytical skillsPlanning and organizational skillsQuality orientationTeam workingContract and Benefit6 months internshipMonthly Reimbursement of 1000 EurosMeal vouchers for each day of remote activitiesFree access to internal canteen for lunchFree shuttle reserved to Chiesi employees from railway station to Chiesi and/or free pass to the urban public service.What we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
