Offer Description
- Expression and purification of the bacterial transcription factors under investigation;
- Identification of molecular interactors of the transcription factors under investigation using BioID, co-immunoprecipitation, and reporter assays in bacterial cells;
- Structural analysis of protein complexes by X-ray crystallography;
- High-throughput screening of ligands targeting proteins of interest using spectroscopic techniques. xysqume
- Validation and quantification of protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions using molecular biophysics techniques (SPR, ITC, GCI, and FP);
- Biochemical assays (enzymatic assays) and microbiological assays (viability assays and RT-PCR) to evaluate the activity of the compounds developed.
