Azienda produttrice di carrelli elevatori Manpower Monza cerca per un'azienda cliente operante nel settore della produzione di macchine industriali, nello specifico carrelli elevatori, una figura da inserire come AFTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di: ATTIVITA': - Promuovere contratti di manutenzione programmata, Full Service e servizi trovando nuovi clienti. - Gestire il portafoglio clienti attivi garantendo elevati livelli di soddisfazione. - Sviluppare attività di vendita di ricambi e accessori. - Monitorare i KPI post-vendita (tasso di rinnovo contratti, vendite ricambi, redditività). - Redigere offerte commerciali e seguire l intero ciclo di vendita.REQUISITI: - Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali o tecnici in ambito industriale o automotive. - Ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione. - Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti CRM e pacchetto Office. - Ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione. - Patente B  - La conoscenza del settore carrelli elevatori, macchine industriali o affini sarà considerato un plus. COSA OFFRIAMO: - Contratto a tempo indeterminato o 12 mesi a scopo assunzione in base alla seniority - CCNL Commercio, livello e RAL saranno commisurati all'esperienza - Provvigioni  - Auto ad uso promiscuo con carta carburante  - Orario: full time - Territorio di riferimento: Milano e hinterland- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali o tecnici in ambito industriale o automotive. - Ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione. - Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti CRM e pacchetto Office. - Ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione. - Patente B  - La conoscenza del settore carrelli elevatori, macchine industriali o affini sarà considerato un plus.  by helplavoro.it
