Job Title: Executive istant
Location: REMOTE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly proactive adaptable and independent Executive istant to join our dynamic team. This role is not your typical administrative position; while you will manage some routine tasks (1020% of the time) the majority of the work is highly varied and demands creativity problemsolving and a strong ability to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal guidance and will bring initiative adaptability and a pion for contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Manage email calendars and schedule appointments.
- Project Management: Take projects from concept to completion with little oversight utilizing tools like Notion LinkedIn and content management systems.
- Communication: Use Loom (or quickly learn to do so) as the primary mode of communication to provide updates and instructions.
- Creative ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve obstacles proactively seeking ways to improve processes and contribute value.
- Independent : Navigate ambiguous situations and independently handle a wide range of tasks from content creation to technical support.
Required Ss & Tools Proficiency:
- Notion LinkedIn Loom: Strong familiarity with these platforms is essential; the candidate must be comfortable managing content organizing tasks and maintaining productivity tools.
- Creative Tools: Experience in using various creative tools and platforms for project management content creation or related work.
- SelfStarter: Ability to work independently and find solutions with minimal guidance.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness across all tasks whether big or small.

Preferred Experience:
- Startups & TechSavvy Environments: Experience working in fastpaced less predictable environments (e.g. startups or techdriven companies).
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing independent projects demonstrating success in creative roles for entrepreneurs executives or in techdriven fields.
- Virtual istance: Experience in virtual istance particularly for executives in creative industries startups or tech.
