  • Serve as point of reference for all customs‑related matters
  • Responsible for SAP‑related customs activities: determine, update, and maintain HS/CN codes for all items in SAP and submit required documentation to customs authorities
  • Use the ECS system to monitor exports, imports, and dual‑use goods
  • Provide support during customs inspections

Qualifications

  • In‑depth expertise in customs matters
  • Good knowledge of SAP and experience with the AEB module
  • Good knowledge of international business
  • Language skills in Italian or German

Compensation

Position falls under the national collective xysqume agreement of the metalworking industry (CNEL code: C011) at level B2. Compensation is determined by qualifications and experience, with additional salary components, variable bonuses and benefits in line with market standards.
