As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Banking and Payments Lawyer to join our team and help us achieve our mission. ResponsibilitiesAdvise on EU and Italian regulation in banking and payments (e.g., PSD2/PSD3, PSR, IFR, DORA, AML, MiCA, and eIDAS). Assist clients operating in highly regulated and technology-driven sectors in their interactions with EU and Italian authorities. Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring the highest level of trust and integrity. Qualifications and SkillsA conscientious team player with a desire to help others and open to constantly learning. Excellent academic performance and written communication abilities. 3-5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer. Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or C2).
