In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future homeAll about the role:Within the Group Procurement Organization, a global function with more than 500 team members, the Purchasing Data Analyst has the key responsibility of supporting the team to maintain a competitive and high-performing portfolio of suppliers. Our mission is to ensure the award of businesses to the best suppliers fulfilling the targets of cost, quality, and flexibility.We operate in all the World regions with a panel of international suppliers engaging them with our internal business partners such as R&D, Quality, Manufacturing & Engineering, Product Line, Finance, and all the functions involved project by project.We rely on building strong cooperation. We focus on innovation, quality, and the development of long-term relationships with our strategic suppliers. Sustainability and continuous improvement are the elements that underpin our activity.As we operate in a dynamic, international, and competitive environment, we count on well-developed social, technical, and financial skills to meet business objectives. This position will provide excellent growth experience with significant and highly visible value creation responsibilities.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Procurement Director of a specific area, you will be responsible for:Diving data research, analytics, and management of direct material categories.First evaluation and screening of offers from suppliers.Supporting Procurement Project Managers in running follow-ups on ongoing projects.Running internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) as a member of a cross-functional sourcing team.Supporting RFQ-Request For Quotation and other strategic sourcing activities.Evaluating and proposing actions and initiatives around simplification, cost reduction, and speed to market.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or other related disciplines.1-3 years of working experience in a Procurement function or in an adjacent field (e.g. Supply Chain or R&D).Ability to work with key stakeholders in a global setup.Data-driven approach and ability to work with a large amount of information and inputs.Results-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Expert in Microsoft Excel preferred.Digital mindset, with the ability to manage large data sets and convert it to actionable information.Fluent in English.Where you’ll be:You’ll be based in an international context either in Europe (preferred Susegana).Benefits include:Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment.Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path at local and global level.A modern, vibrant, and people-centric corporate culture.As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
