Operations Maintenance Manuals and Training ManagerA dynamic leader oversees a team of writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and manage the interface between the Design and Build team and OM team.Key Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation.Ensure timely provision of OM deliverables and milestones according to project schedule.Prepare and deliver Operation Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.Develop Technical specifications for subcontractor#39;s manuals and training course.Ensure Technical Writers effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work.Required Qualifications:Pioneering spirit and integrity.Project management or people management experience with a technical documentation team (2-5 years).Railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems (minimum 3 years).Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
