A livello retail opera attualmente con Boutiques a Milano, Ibiza e Lugano oltre che a livello e-commerce. Nel progetto moda, sono valorizzate le visioni di artisti e creatori globali. Per uno di questi brand siamo alla ricerca di un/una STUDIO COORDINATOR – ufficio stile La figura riporta direttamente alla Proprietà e collabora con l’Ufficio prodotto, Marketing e Merchandising. Principali responsabilità e compiti • Gestione calendario di collezione; • Gestione agenda, organizzazione meeting, coordinamento tra ufficio stile e altri dipartimenti; • Gestione dell’organizzazione dei meeting periodici con la stylist e i rapporti con la sua agenzia; • Coordinamento step di approvazione e consegne; • Coordinamento del workflow e del processo creativo; • Monitoraggio costi e budget ufficio stile; • Gestione casting modelli/e; • Coordinamento capi, prototipi, materiali; • Coordinamento esigenze lavorative dell’ufficio stile (permessi, assenze, convocazioni, viaggi, trasferte, ecc.). ESPERIENZA RICHIESTA • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel ruolo all’interno di uffici stile (brand con sfilate) • Disponibile a trasferte su Parigi e nei fine settimana • Ottima conoscenza sia scritta che parlata della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese, sarà considerata un plus; • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; • Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione della propria attività (efficienza); • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio; • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; • Dinamicità • Flessibilità • Riservatezza Sede di lavoro: Milano sud.
