Scopo del ruolo: Il Contract Advisory Professional si occupa principalmente della finalizzazione delle trattative condotte dal team Leasing mediante la formalizzazione dei testi contrattuali, garantendo la miglior gestione possibile delle modifiche contrattuali per la tutela degli interessi dei clienti. Internamente il/la tirocinante si interfaccerà principalmente con le colleghe del team Contract Management & Advisory, con i colleghi del team Leasing e con i colleghi del team Retail Development Solutions, ma in generale con tutti i colleghi della Business Line Property Management. Esternamente il/la tirocinante si interfaccerà con gli affittuari/ conduttori e con i consulenti legali degli stessi e successivamente con i clienti e i consulenti legali degli stessi.Attività principali : predisporre contratti preliminari e definitivi di affitto d’azienda e locazione immobiliare ad uso non abitativo, inizialmente semplici e poi più complessi gestire rapporti con affittuari e conduttori per la negoziazione dei contratti curare l’organizzazione delle stipule dei contratti predisporre le pratiche relative alle licenze amministrative delle attività di commercio al dettaglio tramite i portali del SuapCompetenze/conoscenze Richieste : Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata Ottima conoscenza pacchetto OfficeCaratteristiche personali : Spiccata capacità analitica, precisione ed attenzione ai dettagli Organizzazione e pianificazione Buone doti relazionali e orientamento commerciale Proattività e spirito d’iniziativa Gestione dello stress Capacità di lavorare in team
