Electronic / Electrical Engineer _ Fluent English_Technical Support

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·Be the main contact to solve technical issues

·Remotely support customers during commissioning and maintenance of their charging infrastructure

·Remotely monitor, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and issues on charging infrastructure

·You take over the support of our customers on the phone or by e-mail

·Provide support and guidelines for diagnosing and resolving functional issues in a timely manner

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

·Fluent in English (speaking and writing), a 2nd language is a plus (German, French, Italian)

·Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking

·Must have a Technical background (electronic engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) or experience in technical customer support

·Linux or Android knowledge (nice to have)

·Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working

·Experience in customer service or call center is a plus

·Willingness to work in different shift.

The position can be based in Bergamo or Bolzano
