We’re looking for a driven
Commissioning Project Lead
to take ownership of complex data centre commissioning projects across Europe — bringing critical systems, project teams, and delivery milestones together safely, efficiently, and at pace.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and knows how to keep projects moving from design through to final handover.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading commissioning activity across design, construction, acceptance, and handover phases.
Coordinating Project Managers, Supervisors, specialist subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
Driving commissioning workshops, test scripts, witness testing, progress tracking, and reporting.
Keeping delivery sharp, compliant, organised, and action-focused.
What we’re looking for:
Experience leading commissioning within data centres, mission-critical environments, or complex MEP projects.
Strong technical grounding across electrical, mechanical, building services, or critical systems.
Relevant qualifications such as trade apprenticeship, HNC, BEng or equivalent experience.
CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS certification.
Prince 2 or equivalent project delivery qualification would be a bonus.
