EMC Validation Engineer

🎯 Role & Responsibilities As part of the R&D validation department, you will be responsible for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing on home appliance products: Perform EMC/EMI testing in a dedicated laboratory Create and execute test plans and procedures according to relevant standards Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports Support investigation and root-cause analysis activities Ensure proper functionality of measurement systems and test equipment Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (electronics, mechanics…) Ensure compliance with Electrolux & regulatory quality standards ✅ Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of EMC standards & requirements EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting experience HW board testing Good understanding of electrical & electronic components Ability to interpret test data and results ⭐ Desired Skills Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders Clear technical reporting & documentation skills Team-oriented mindset in an international environment 📚 Profile Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline Professional level of English required Hands-on experience in testing laboratories 🎁 What We Offer A great opportunity to work for a global leader in home appliances Innovative and collaborative working environment Potential long-term growth within HCLTech projects 📩 Interested?
