Tax Manager

The Palace Company is looking for a highly skilled Tax Manager with 6–8 years of experience to oversee and manage all tax-related matters for our operations in Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Italian tax regulations and compliance requirements, with a proven ability to support both local and international tax initiatives.Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Italian tax laws, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and indirect taxes; Manage tax reporting, filings, payments, and preparation/review of annual returns under Italian GAAP and IFRS; Act as the main point of contact with Italian tax authorities and oversee audits or inspections; Provide strategic tax planning, risk management advice, and monitor legislative developments; Support transfer pricing compliance and collaborate with global tax/finance teams on cross-border matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law; a professional qualification (e.g., Dottore Commercialista, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent) is strongly preferred; 6–8 years of tax experience, ideally with both Big Four and in-house corporate experience; In-depth knowledge of Italian tax regulations, corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing; Solid understanding of IFRS and Italian GAAP; Experience in tax audits and authority interactions; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage; Italian required; Fluent in English; Spanish is considered a plus. 📍Location: Milano"This job offer is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91"
