You will counsel on renewable energy projects, manage cross-border M&A matters, and oversee EPC/OM contracts and supply agreements across Italy and Eastern Europe.
You will coordinate with external firms, advise on regulatory frameworks, and ensure compliance within budget. xysqume
The role requires 6–7 years in renewables and fluent Italian and English, with a strong cross-functional collaboration mindset.
