Randstad Enterprise ricerca per prestigioso cliente un/una Statutory & Tax Specialist . La figura è responsabile della corretta gestione degli adempimenti fiscali e civilistici , garantendo la conformità alle normative locali e internazionali. Collabora con i team Finance, Legal e con consulenti esterni per assicurare una gestione efficiente e puntuale delle attività fiscali. Key Responsibilities: Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali periodici (IVA, imposte dirette e indirette, ritenute, ecc.) Supporto nella redazione del bilancio consolidato fiscale Collaborazione con revisori e consulenti fiscali per audit e verifiche Monitoraggio delle normative fiscali e aggiornamento interno sulle novità legislative Predisposizione e invio delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche tramite il supporto della piattaforma dell’Agenzia delle entrate Gestione delle comunicazioni con l’ Agenzia delle Entrate e altri enti (es. Conai etc) Coordinamento con il team Finance per la corretta contabilizzazione delle imposte Partecipazione a progetti regionali in ambito fiscale , in collaborazione con team internazionali e HQ Education & Experience: Laurea in Economia o discipline affini Esperienza in ambito fiscale , preferibilmente in studi professionali o in contesti multinazionali Skills: Conoscenza approfondita della normativa fiscale italiana Familiarità con i principi contabili nazionali (OIC) e internazionali (IFRS) Ottima padronanza di Excel e software gestionali (SAP è un plus) Capacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) livello B1 Soft Skills: Precisione, affidabilità e rispetto delle scadenze Autonomia Capacità di lavorare in team e in ambienti dinamici Proattività e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi Comunicazione efficace con stakehold La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
