Sarai responsabile di gestire il reparto Housekeeping e Laundry e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.

Riportando direttamente al Director of Operations, pianificherai e garantirai una strategia disegnata sulle necessità del cliente.

Garantirai che i servizi Housekeeping e Laundry rispettino gli standard della Compagnia in tutti gli aspetti;

Gestirai il budget annuale di reparto, in linea con le direttive dell’Executive di riferimento;

Ti occuperai di programmare ed organizzare le attività giornaliere del Reparto Housekeeping e del Team Governanti e Team Laundry;

Sarai responsabile della corretta comunicazione tra tutti i reparti Rooms; Pianificherai la corretta formazione dei nuovi membri dello Staff;

Parteciperai alla scelta delle scorte di materiale, necessarie a mantenere gli standard previsti dalla Compagnia;

Effettuerai controlli a campione delle camere affinché i nostri ospiti possano vivere la migliore esperienza possibile.
