La risorsa avrà un ruolo strategico nel supportare le decisioni in ambito People, promuovendo l’evoluzione dei processi aziendali in chiave data-drivene assicurando la coerenza tra modelli organizzativi e politiche ditotalreward.Le principali responsabilità : Sviluppare e coordinare modelli di reportingeanalisi dei dati HR, traducendo le informazioni indashboard einsight strategici per il top management.Definire e aggiornare modelli organizzativi e jobarcitecturein coerenza con la strategia aziendale, garantendo efficienza, chiarezza di responsabilità e sostenibilità delle strutture.Progettare e implementare sistemi direward(fisso, variabile, benefit, welfare) assicurando equità interna, competitività esterna e coerenza con la performance aziendale.Analizzaretrende scenari per supportare la pianificazione del capitale umano, accompagnando riorganizzazioni e trasformazioni con un approccio data-driven.Guidare il team People Analytics, Organization & TotalReward, assicurando l’allineamento con le strategie HR e di business del Gruppo.Requisiti : Laurea in discipline economiche, statistiche o affini.Esperienza consolidata (4+ anni) in ruoli analoghi in contesti strutturati o di consulenza HR.Conoscenza dei modelli diReporting, Organizzazione Aziendale eTotalReward.Conoscenza del gestionale HCMWorkday.Solida competenza in People Analytics e nell’uso di strumenti di analisi (es.
