Wir suchen aktuell: IT-Application Manager (m/w/d)In unserem IT-Team bist du das wichtige Bindeglied zwischen unseren Fachbereichen und den Softwareherstellern und sorgst dafür, dass unsere digitalen Werkzeuge genau das tun, was sie sollen: Uns kontinuierlich besser machen. Du übernimmst dabei... Anforderungsmanagement & Brückenfunktion: Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen direkt aus dem Business sowie Übersetzung dieser Wünsche in technische Konzepte (User Stories) für das Entwicklungsteam.Steuerung der Entwicklung: Fachliche Koordination unseres externen Entwicklungsteams. Du moderierst Regeltermine und stellst sicher, dass alle wissen, was zu tun ist.Prozessgestaltung: Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Software – wir verbiegen die Software nicht, sondern finden gemeinsam den besten Ablauf.Qualitätssicherung & Releases: Koordination von Tests, Durchführung eigener Checks und Planung von Updates (Releases), damit im Betrieb alles rund läuft.Wissenstransfer & Support: Aufbau einer Key-User-Struktur, Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien sowie Unterstützung bei kniffligen Störungen im Tagesgeschäft (2nd Level Support).Schnittstellenmanagement: Koordination der Anbindung an unser ERP-System sowie Überwachung der System-Integrationen und des Datenaustauschs zwischen den Anwendungen.Wir suchen einen Teamplayer mit Verständnis für Software und Lust auf Projektmanagement. Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast ein Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit IT-Fokus) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung abgeschlossen. Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Applikationsbetreuung ist super.Software-Verständnis: Du musst nicht selbst programmieren, aber du verstehst, wie Software entwickelt wird, was ein "Release" ist und wie man Anforderungen so formuliert, dass Entwickler sie verstehen.Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Themen den Überblick und kannst Prioritäten setzen.Kommunikationsstärke: Da du unser Entwicklungsteam steuerst, ist Englisch für dich im Arbeitsalltag kein Problem. Deutsch und Italienisch setzen wir für die Kommunikation voraus.Von Vorteil: Erfahrungen im Umfeld von Unternehmenssoftware (z. B. ERP, MES, QAS oder DMS) sind ein Pluspunkt, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir bei, was du über unsere internen Prozesse wissen musst.Wir zählen in Südtirol zu den vorbildlichsten und attraktivsten Arbeitgebern.
