Per gli uffici centrali Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, collocati nella centralissima zona Brera a Milano stiamo cercando un 

Reservations Agent

LA risorsa riporterà al Reservations Manager, e si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti aree di attvità per tutte le proprietà della collection (Italia - Londra - Maldive) :
  • Gestione richieste voice e tramite e-mail
  • Formulazione Offerte e Follow Up con obiettivi di conversione 
  • Check delle prenotazioni da altri sistemi (GDS, BWS, OTA) e Protection activity
  • Inserimento Prenotazioni 
  • Gestione personalizzata di richieste VIP per prenotazioni di TOP SUITE
  • Gestione richieste per Baglioni Tour
  • Gestione Cancellations & Regrets
  • Cross-selling di servizi ed experiences

Requisiti Richiesti: 
Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera come il Tedesco che costituisce un plus. 
esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un paio d’ anni preferibilmente in ambito Hotel nel front office o ufficio prenotazioni;  proattività, forte predisposizione al problem solving, orientamento al cliente e al teamwork.
