Chiomenti , primario Studio Legale italiano, ricerca per la sede di Milano un/a professionista con consolidata esperienza in Fiscalità Internazionale . Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato 1–3 anni di esperienza post-abilitazione (PQE) nell’ambito del Diritto Tributario , con focus su Fiscalità Internazionale , Pianificazione Fiscale , operazioni di M&A e attività correlate al Private Equity . La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella consulenza e assistenza a clienti nazionali e internazionali in materia di fiscalità domestica e cross-border, con particolare attenzione a operazioni di M&A, private equity e ristrutturazioni societarie. Parteciperà, inoltre, ad attività di pareristica e assistenza nel corso di verifiche fiscali in tali ambiti. Si richiedono autonomia operativa, rigore analitico e capacità di gestire le attività assegnate con precisione, in un contesto dinamico e orientato all’eccellenza tecnica. Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia, conseguita in tempi ordinari con voto non inferiore a 108/110; Abilitazione professionale come Avvocato o Dottore Commercialista; Preferibile specializzazione post-universitaria in Diritto Tributario (LL.M., master o dottorato); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1), maturata anche attraverso esperienze di studio o lavoro all’estero; Attitudine al lavoro in team, capacità di gestire in autonomia i rapporti con la clientela e spiccate capacità analitiche.
