Ensuring Chart’s Success…VRV, a Chart Industries group company, is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil&Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business.What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…Provide technical support during repair and/or installation, at customers’ sites, of equipment to ensure quality standards are met and the integrity of the equipment is maintained.Ensure safe work practices are followed, reporting all safety incidents and near misses on a timely basis and maintaining the goal of “zero” lost time incidents.Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to improve customer response time and accuracy of all data.Ensure timely and continuous quality service to the customer, by phone or site visits when necessary.Work with manager on customer communication.Provide technical support to customers and training on equipment use and maintenance.Prepare detailed service reports.Coordinate contact with all levels of supervision.Troubleshoot control systems. Read and understand electrical/mechanical/plumbing schematics and use of troubleshooting tools and meters.Perform and coordinate quality tests as instructed by work instructions, engineering, or supervisor to ensure product quality.
