STAFF SPA, filiale di Modena, selezionaERP SPECIALISTper realtà del settore automotiveMANSIONI:Analizzare i processi produttivi e logistici aziendali, traducendo le esigenze operative in requisiti funzionali per l'ERP.Configurare e personalizzare i moduli ERP in base ai flussi produttivi (distinte base, cicli di lavoro, avanzamento produzione, gestione materiali).Coordinare l'implementazione di nuovi moduli o aggiornamenti in collaborazione con partner IT.Fornire supporto agli utenti interni e formare il personale sull'utilizzo del gestionale.Collaborare con i reparti produzione, qualità, magazzino e acquisti per garantire l'efficacia del sistema ERP.Monitorare le prestazioni del sistema e proporre azioni correttive o migliorative.Redigere documentazione tecnica e funzionale a supporto dei processi e della formazione.REQUISTI:Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o titolo equivalente.Esperienza di 2-3 anni in ruolo analogo (ERP, produzione, supply chain).Conoscere le logiche dei processi produttivi industriali e delle metodologie per l'incremento dell'efficienza.Capacità analitiche, relazionali e di problem solving.Dimestichezza strumenti informatici (Excel, sistemi ERP o MES).CARATTERISTICHE DELL'OFFERTA:contratto di lavoro in inserimento diretto in aziendaLuogo di lavoro: Modenaorari di lavoro: da lunedì a venerdì dalle 8 alle 17
