You will take ownership of specific tasks and have the opportunity to interact directly with clients alongside other team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze real estate and corporate investment opportunities, as well as financing optionsDevelop financial models for various asset classes and purposes (financing, valuation, transaction analysis)Prepare presentation materials (Teasers, Information Memoranda, Pitches, Market Reports)Conduct market research and trend analysis relevant to the real estate industrySupport structured processes, including client meetings, property tours, and roll-up sessionsCollaborate closely with Capital Markets teams and other CBRE business linesAssist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentationsGain in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector, lenders, investors, and key performance metricsRequirementsDegree in Finance, Economics, or Corporate FinanceFluency in English (written and spoken)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)2–3 years of experience in capital advisory, M&A, real estate finance, or corporate financeKey SkillsHighly motivated and proactiveAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and goal-drivenStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsCommercial acumen and client management capabilitiesAbility to conduct site visits independently
