Tester UFT

Job Title: Tester (UFT)(US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UFT to validate application functionality.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues identified during testing.
• Design and document test plans test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in test planning estimation and risk assessment activities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities work as expected after changes are made to the application.
• Report and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the test automation process and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester with a focus on automated testing using UFT.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in creating executing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other testing tools such as Selenium LoadRunner or JIRA.
• Knowledge of programming languages like VBScript Java or C#.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
