A new story is about to begin in Rome, and we are looking for a Concierge who wants to help write its first chapter.This is not just another role - it’s a rare opportunity to shape the Concierge service from day one. You’ll be part of the opening team of a new luxury destination in the Eternal City, where every detail, every connection, and every gesture will define the essence of our hospitality.As a true ambassador of the hotel, you will craft experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave - combining impeccable service, insider knowledge, and a genuine passion for the art of hospitality.What You’ll DoWelcome guests with authenticity, elegance, and a warm Roman touch;Build and curate a network of the city’s most exclusive contacts — from Michelin-starred restaurants to hidden gems;Handle special requests, transfers, reservations, and bespoke experiences with discretion and creativity;Support Front Office operations when needed, ensuring seamless service across departments;Help establish the procedures, standards, and philosophy of the Concierge desk during the pre-opening phase.What We’re Looking ForPrevious Concierge experience in Rome is essential;Deep knowledge of the city’s culture, dining, and lifestyle scene;Fluent in English and Italian (any other language is a plus);Refined interpersonal skills and an eye for detail;A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - and the desire to be part of something new and extraordinary.Why This Role MattersJoining at opening means you won’t just deliver excellence - you’ll define it.You’ll have the freedom to help shape the Concierge identity, build relationships that set new standards of service, and become part of a story that begins with you.
