Safety Solution Group S.r.l. per la propria sede di Milano (MI) è alla ricerca di 3 figure di HSE Manager di cantiere in lingua inglese con esperienza nel settore edile in provincia di Milano - zona est (solo residenti in zone limitrofe).

La risorsa che stiamo cercando verrà inserita all’interno del nostro team e nello specifico si occuperà di :

Implementare il sistema di gestione EHS e la sua conformità;

Esercitare una vigilanza generale sull'osservanza delle disposizioni delle Prassi di Sicurezza e delle eventuali relative normative locali.

Fornire consulenza al management su questioni relative all'EHS;

Organizzare programmi e attività EHS per promuovere la condotta sicura dei lavoratori;

Riportare e collaborare con il management e le autorità competenti in merito al verificarsi di incidenti;

Condurre ispezioni giornaliere e agire in base ad atti e condizioni non sicuri.

Formare e monitorare le pratiche di lavoro sicure dei lavoratori;

Conservare e monitorare le registrazioni e le checklist EHS;

Garantire che venga fornita la formazione in materia di EHS del progetto.

Assicurarsi che sia in uso l'ultima revisione dei documenti EHS del cliente;

Costituire un esempio da seguire per tutti i supervisori, i dipendenti e gli appaltatori;

Garantire che i sistemi del site siano in atto per mantenere il 100% di conformità a tutte le normative di sicurezza ;

Garantire che eventuali deviazioni ambientali e/o di sicurezza del site siano attentamente indagate e segnalate e che siano intraprese in modo appropriato azioni correttive.

· Aggiornarne eventuali procedure;

La candidata / il candidato ideale possiede:

  • Diploma di Scuola Superiore di II Grado o Laurea;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore come HSE di almeno 3 anni;
  • Corso di formazione Modulo A- B ( RSPP);
  • Corso HSE;
  • Corso CSP/ CSE;
  • Esperienza in cantiere edili;
  • Saranno considerate valore aggiunto del candidato, essere in possesso di alcuni di questi corsi di formazione:
  • FORMAZIONE PRIMO SOCCORSO GRUPPO A
  • DI FORMAZIONE ANTINCENDIO LIVELLO 2
  • Conoscenza dell’inglese è fondamentale sia parlato che scritto;

Presenza in cantiere: nr. 5 giornate intere settimanali (massimo 8 ore al giorno) dal lunedì al venerdì per la durata di 12 mesi o più.

Tipologia di contratto: a tempo determinato con possibilità di scatto ad indeterminato; oppure contratto con PARTITA IVA.

Inizio lavoro: gennaio 2025

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato, Contratto con partita IVA

Retribuzione: Fino a €2.000,00 al mese

Disponibilità:

  • Dal lunedì al venerdì
  • Turni

Retribuzione supplementare:

  • Maggiorazione lavoro festivo
  • Maggiorazione lavoro notturno
  • Quattordicesima
  • Straordinario
  • Tredicesima

Esperienza:

  • HSE, RSPP, CSE di cantiere: 3 anni (Obbligatorio)
