Il Gruppo Extro Hotels offre un’opportunità di stage all’interno del team HR La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: • Supporto nella ricerca, selezione e inserimento di collaboratori e tirocinanti (inclusi screening di profili e curriculum, job posting e contatti con scuole e università) • Supporto alla gestione del ciclo completo delle paghe utilizzando software Zucchetti • Accoglienza dei nuovi ingressi e gestione delle pratiche amministrative • Supporto all’organizzazione di corsi di formazione e iniziative di sviluppo professionale • Aggiornamento della reportistica HR • Assistenza nelle attività quotidiane del dipartimento HR Qualità e competenze desiderate: • Laurea in materie Economiche/Giuridiche/Umanistiche o Master in Management/Risorse Umane • Interesse per il settore HR e motivazione ad apprendere • Padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative • Attitudine proattiva, entusiasmo e attenzione ai dettagli • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese Sede di lavoro: Milano Contratto: Stage Extra-curriculare con finalità di assunzione I dati personali saranno trattati nel rispetto de l Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 - per le finalità su indicate.
