Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a leading international company in the food sector a Supply Chain Manager who will report to the Plant Director and be oversee the full Supply Chain ecosystem—from logistics to planning, inventory, warehouse operations and supplier management—ensuring that products reach customers efficiently, on time, and in compliance with the highest quality standards. Mission The candidate will lead the Supply Chain team and all related processes, guaranteeing optimal service levels, end-to-end inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement of overall supply chain performance. He/she will also be responsible for delivering total supply chain cost in line with budget targets. Main activities and Responsibilities Oversee logistics, transportation and delivery performance. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate production planning. Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, traceability). Lead process optimization and implement LEAN initiatives. Manage and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring safety and compliance. Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and product availability. Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor budget, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals. Background & Skills Required • 7+ years of experience in the food industry • Degree/Master’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related fields • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of food safety regulations • Fluency in English (C1) Location: Campania La ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77).
